Responsibilities:
Selling new corporate accounts on the value proposition of the Travelmate.
Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customer relationship within the hospitality supplies industry.
Deploy prospecting strategies to gain new corporate customers, swiftly respond to leads.
Managing the complete tender process.
Generate project/business opportunities and RFPs through customer contact.
Track and report current status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments.
Ensure all communication with customers are in accordance with our standards and correct in content and format.
Follow up with the client along the process of delivery and payments and collection follow up.
Be open to new tendencies and opportunities in the market
Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services as per the market demand;
Prepares weekly Customer Visit report and Sales report.
Submit the sales report and visit report on weekly basis to Travelmate operations manager.
Follow up on customer complaints and provide suitable resolution
Maintain the client contract information.
Blocking the tickets with airlines to create packages as per market requirement.
Should create the Holiday packages using only Travelmate suppliers (resources).
Arranging flights, car and accommodation.
Using a booking system to secure holidays.
Ensure incoming emails & phone calls are responded to in a timely and efficient manner.
