Responsibilities:
Manage relationship at senior levels in the customer organization to maximize potential future business.
Creates accurate Sales Plans and Account Development Plan.
Managing a team of Sales Representatives.
Obtaining profitable results through the sales team.
Monitor the sales team daily performance against the sales target.
Identifies, develops, qualifies and closes new business opportunities.
Responsible for accurate and timely monthly sales forecasting.
Responsible for customer satisfaction issues, and provide market information about customers’ future needs.
Achievement of sales team targets set by the COO.
Improvement of individual sales productivity and team performance.
